Landing page

This page has no enquiry form, targeted advertising or analytics tools operated by us. The hosting provider may process connection data to operate the service.

Website creation portal

Details entered in the portal are stored in Cloudflare's cloud and sent to a model to create a draft. Turnstile verification helps prevent abuse. Only enter business information intended for publication.

Choice and information rights

You have no legal obligation to provide these details. Without a business name and description, we cannot prepare a site; other details are optional. The information is used to prepare, store and edit your site. You have rights to access personal information and request correction under applicable law. You can update business details and content in the editor. For access or correction requests, contact biz.danielaver@gmail.com. Do not send passwords or your edit link in the first message; we will arrange access verification as needed.

Draft access

The edit link gives access to its holder. Use the separate view link for sharing. Access recovery and self-service deletion are not yet available; drafts are stored without a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Do not enter sensitive information.

Payments

Card details are entered at PayPal and are not stored by us. The service stores order and transaction IDs, amount, currency, payment status and payer details needed for verification and delivery. Do not enter card details on this site.

Cookies and browser storage

Your language choice is stored in a cookie for 30 days. Accessibility settings are stored in your browser. Switching language in the form temporarily preserves its details in the same tab until the next page loads. Admin sign-in uses a secure session cookie for up to seven days on a private device, or up to 12 hours without the remember option. This does not constitute consent to advertising or tracking.

Retention and deletion

Website drafts are stored in Cloudflare's cloud until you request deletion. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule. To request deletion of a draft or your details, write to biz.danielaver@gmail.com and we will handle the request within a reasonable time.

Responsibility for information

We store and edit information to provide the service, with the help of its infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for advertising.

Security and incident notification

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely immune to risk. If a security incident materially affects your information, we will notify you at the email address you provided.

Policy changes

We will update this page if the policy changes, with the update date at the top. Material changes will appear on the page before taking effect.
