Terms of service and availability

The service builds a one-page business website. Creating and reviewing a site are currently free, subject to quotas. Purchasing, when available in the portal, is a one-time PayPal payment.

Operator and support

The service operates under the name Daflino. The seller's full identification and registration details and tax-document process have not yet been completed on this page. For enquiries: biz.danielaver@gmail.com.

What is currently included

Before purchasing: template-based site creation, content editing and a preview. The package costs 799 ILS once and includes automatic publication after payment verification, 365 days of hosting, self-service content editing and HTML download. A custom domain, shop, appointments, image uploads and manual work are not included.

Hosting term

The 365 days start when payment is verified. There is no automatic recurring charge and no renewal package is currently offered. At the end of the term, the site is unpublished from our hosting; download remains available to the holder of a valid purchase for transfer to another host. Content updates do not extend the term.

Your content

Only enter information you have the right to use. Check its accuracy and suitability before sharing. Do not use the service for impersonation, harming others or publishing sensitive information.

Keeping access

Keep your private link. It grants editing access and cannot currently be recovered if lost. Uninterrupted availability and unlimited hosting are not guaranteed. Hosting and download commitments for a valid purchase are preserved under the accepted offer.

Cancellation and refunds

For cancellation, refund or payment enquiries, before or after publication, contact biz.danielaver@gmail.com.

Payment is processed and verified through PayPal. A verified refund or reversed payment may end publication; opening a dispute alone does not automatically unpublish the site. The service does not initiate refunds itself. Requests are assessed under applicable law and the service supplied.

Your content remains yours

The content you enter and the content displayed by the site remain yours. We store and display them only to provide the service and do not use them for other purposes.

Responsibility for content

You are responsible for the content you publish, its accuracy and legality. If your content infringes another person's rights or violates the law, you are responsible for it. We do not verify the accuracy of claims.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service, subject to any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Permitted use

The system's template, design and code remain ours. You are permitted to use the site produced for you and edit your content without a time limit. The licence may not be transferred to another person without prior approval.

No professional certification

A site created here is not an official approval, professional licence or declaration of compliance with any standard. If your business requires specific authorisation to make claims or advertise, you must ensure you have it.

Statutory rights

These terms do not limit cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Creating a draft or publishing a site does not, by itself, constitute a blanket waiver of those rights.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The service is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in Israeli courts. If a provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
